What Causes Acne?

Acne is a very common skin condition. Skin disorders can appear on the face again and can attack people of all ages at any time. Most acne sufferers spend an endless amount of their time trying to find a treatment that works for them.

Below you will find some of the main causes of the skin condition.

Most experts on the acne will tell you that before you can find the ideal treatment you will need to find the cause of the skin condition. It is common knowledge that the hormone plays an important part in causing the condition. If the more active hormone can cause the oil glands to produce more which in turn will block your pores causing acne. Only a trained medical professional can tell you if your hormones are functioning properly or not.

Stress is a major cause of acne. High levels of stress will cause an imbalance between the body and hormones. To simplify things, hormonal imbalance can be an irritant to the skin and therefore the cause of complaint.

Recognizing the ingredients in what you eat is also important as eating something you may be allergic, be it food or liquids can cause burning of the skin condition.

Eliminating certain foods and may keep some kind of journal of food is something you can do for yourself to identify problems that may be material. This process also can be helpful in identifying foods that cause you to have an allergic reaction and or flare up. Material eliminates the potential problems along the way in your diet can help prevent flare ups of this skin disorder.

Be aware, however, that this process can take several months to gather the necessary information and of course will not happen overnight.

Clothing can definitely be burdensome component to the condition, especially if the clothing is too tight. Wearing tight fitting, artificial fibers are not a good idea as this can interfere with the skin's ability to breathe and thereby causing the pores to become clogged.

If you find yourself having to take medication for other conditions not linked to acne you may be aware that this drug actually aggravate skin complaints. Maybe call your doctor about medicines you use and explain the side effects will cause a change or modification of the drug.

The environment can be a major trigger of acne, especially if you live in areas of high pollution in the air, as we all know that air pollution carrying dirt and debris that can settle on skin.

If this happens then gently wash your face can help with this. Once again your environment can have a major role to play in the conditinn of your skin and if it is too hot or high humidity then there is a potential cause there.These right conditions combined can cause you to sweat and thus lead to clogged pores, causing acne causes .

As known for some time now that some kind of make-up can be the cause of these problems, especially the brands that have a high content of chemicals as part of their ingredients. Maybe switching brands might be a good idea, with this one.

Acne is hereditary, but can be caused by several factors. If you are a descendant of acne you may be able to treat it, but it would be difficult to completely eradicate it. A visit to your doctor is probably the best course of action here.
